Help to Claim is a dedicated service from Citizens Advice. This service:
– Is free, independent and confidential
– Supports clients with starting a new Universal Credit claim through to the first full payment
– Helps to identify the right support for each client through individual needs assessment
– Offers interpreters where English is an additional language
Trained advisers can:
– Check eligibility
– Support with the completion of the application
– Help prepare for the first JCP appointment
